Overview
The Graphic and Web Designer at LMU will play a crucial role in visually representing the university's brand and messaging across various platforms. From print collateral to web design and digital media, the Graphic and Web Designer will have the opportunity to showcase their talent and help elevate the university's image.

Responsibilities
- Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and promotional items for events, programs, and initiatives
- Develop creative concepts and strategies that align with the university's branding guidelines and objectives
- Ensure consistency and quality across all design deliverables while maintaining well-organized files and thorough documentation for each project
- Collaborate with admissions, academic programs, and university leadership to develop print, digital, and web materials that support strategic goals, ensuring a clear understanding of project requirements, target audience, and key messaging
- Manage and update content on the LMU website using the university's content management system (CMS), collaborating with Information Services to maintain site structure and enhance user experience
- Create visually appealing, accessible, and mobile-responsive web pages for academic programs, events, and institutional messaging
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of visual communication
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Promote the mission of Lincoln Memorial University to all faculty, staff, students and to the community at large
- Promote effective working relationships among faculty, staff and students
- Perform other duties as assigned
