Role and Responsibilities

The Product Manager will work with the Product Director Medical Education to design and execute branded, MoA and disease state awareness education activities for Spravato. Within this role, they will develop and foster relationships with critical advocacy partners to advance needs of the brand. In addition, they will support the Product Director Delivery Model with development and execution of treatment site activation and REMS education materials and tactics. The Product Director will report to the Group Product Director for Professional Promotion and will serve as a core member of the brand team.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordinated and effective execution of branded and disease state awareness medical education, including speaker training and speaker program execution.
  • Effectively manage and provide guidance to medical education agency for specific tactics.
  • Maintain and foster relationships with critical advocacy partners to advance future needs for the brand.
  • Develop and pull through innovative peer to peer engagement platforms and tactics.
  • Gather and share insights on market development opportunities and competitive landscape through regular interactions with thought leaders.
  • Support execution of treatment site activation solutions including development of tailored promotional resources.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience, with 2 years in marketing, sales, sales learning and development, healthcare professional, sales leadership and/or commercial insight strategy experience and/or experience in a qualified leadership development program.
  • Experience with project management and experience in field sales preferred.
  • Healthcare experience or pharmaceutical industry knowledge.
  • This position is based in Titusville, NJ and may require up to 20% domestic travel.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $100,000-$172,500. This position may require up to 20% domestic travel.
