Fred Astaire Dance Studios is excited to offer the role of New Student Department Manager. If you love interacting with people, having fun, helping others, staying active, and having control over what you earn, you will enjoy a career with Fred Astaire.

As a high-energy, customer-focused New Student Department Manager, you will oversee the brand new students private and group dance classes throughout the week. You and your Fred Astaire team will help students reach their personal dance goals through many different ways – from a single event to a lifelong journey of dance growth, and you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an amazing experience. You will meet and work closely with people from all walks of life, which will give you personal enrichment you could not experience in any other environment.

We maintain regular, full-time studio hours from 12:00 – 21:00 throughout the week and this is a FULL TIME position.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee private and group dance classes for brand-new students
  • Help students reach personal dance goals through events and ongoing instruction
  • Contribute to an engaging studio experience and supportive community
