As a high‑energy, customer‑focused New Student Department Manager, you will oversee the brand new students' private and group dance classes throughout the week. You and your Fred Astaire team will help students reach their personal dance goals through many different ways—from a single event to a lifelong journey of dance growth—and be pivotal in ensuring an amazing experience. You will have a unique opportunity to enrich people’s lives every day and engage with people from all walks of life.
We maintain regular, full‑time studio hours from 12:00 – 9:00 pm throughout the week and this is a FULL TIME position.

Responsibilities
- Oversee private and group dance classes for brand new students throughout the week.
- Help students reach personal dance goals through various formats, from single events to ongoing programs.
- Collaborate with the Fred Astaire team to deliver excellent customer experience and community engagement.
- Act as a positive, supportive leader for the studio team and students.
