Job Summary

We are seeking a resourceful, inventive, and highly technical GTM Engineer to join our rapidly growing SaaS company in a key builder role at the center of our revenue organization. The ideal candidate is equal parts systems thinker and commercial operator—energized by architecting, automating, and optimizing the workflows that drive pipeline, sales, customer engagement, and revenue scale. If you thrive at the intersection of automation, analytics, experimentation, and hands-on operations—and are motivated by measurable business outcomes—you’ll find an integral role here.

As a GTM Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling the technical infrastructure powering our end-to-end go-to-market motion. You’ll continuously identify friction points and revenue bottlenecks across sales, marketing, RevOps, and customer success, and build solutions that deliver speed, efficiency, and competitive advantage. You’ll not just keep our engine running—you’ll continually upgrade it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain automated workflows that support lead generation, prospect research, pipeline management, data enrichment, customer onboarding, and outreach, leveraging advanced automation and AI tools (e.g., Clay, n8n, Zapier) and custom scripts when needed.
  • Implement and manage data quality processes, including CRM hygiene, enrichment, deduplication, and integrity across all GTM platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including sales, marketing, and customer success—to uncover and eliminate process inefficiencies, operational friction, and manual tasks.
  • Prototype, test, and launch new growth, revenue, and efficiency experiments. Lead rapid A/B tests and iterate quickly to productionize winning plays.
  • Instrument, monitor, and analyze critical GTM performance metrics and experiments, tracking pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and operational KPIs to optimize for results.
  • Evaluate, integrate, and manage best-in-class automation, AI, and analytics solutions to keep the GTM tech stack world-class.
  • Document and share technical playbooks, process guides, and internal best practices to enable broader team adoption, faster onboarding, and greater operational scale.
  • Proactively educate and enable GTM team members on new systems and innovations, and serve as a technical consultant for evolving business needs.

Ideal Candidate

  • You have deep technical fluency with sales, marketing, and RevOps tools—especially no-code/low-code automation platforms such as Clay, n8n, Zapier, or equivalent.
  • Hands-on familiarity with modern CRM, pipeline, enrichment, analytics, messaging, or outreach solutions is required.
  • You have experience with scripting, coding, or advanced data work (TypeScript, Python, SQL, or similar) and a drive to self-learn and master new frameworks and APIs.
  • You demonstrate an innovative, experimental, and analytical mindset. You tackle ambiguous problems, validate hypotheses, measure results, and iterate quickly.
  • You have a proven track record building processes or automations that drive real business impact in a SaaS, startup, RevOps, or growth-focused environment.
  • You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between business requirements and technical execution.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, hands-on roles and are motivated by impact, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Previous experience in partnership with sales, marketing, or customer success teams is highly valued.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, quantitative, or business field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

Required Experience

  • 2+ years building and managing automated sales, marketing, or business operations workflows, preferably in a SaaS or technology organization.
  • Experience with modern CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent), advanced analytics or data visualization, and automation integration.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with at least one no-code/low-code automation platform and some coding (or a portfolio of sophisticated no-code solutions).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance monitoring, workflow analysis, and process optimization.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive salary plus performance-based incentives and stock options.
  • Comprehensive health plan for you and your loved ones.
  • Flexible (remote-first) work arrangements.
  • Extensive opportunities for professional growth, skill development, and advancement.
  • Be a ground-floor leader at a fast-growing, venture-backed SaaS company.
