Responsibilities

Lead Design vision and strategy for our Online Jobs products (from posting to candidate review across consumer/self-serve) and Jobs Trust (creating a safe, fraud-free job-seeking experience). Manage a high-performing design team with compassion; attract, retain, develop, and manage individuals to reach their highest potential. Set expectations and maintain high quality standards; inspire excellence and collaboration. Establish trust and build confidence with cross-functional partners and executive leadership; collaborate across Design, UXR, Product, Engineering, and Marketing. Improve operational excellence by prioritizing work and resources to maximize impact on business and user experience. Co-create the future of LinkedIn by designing best-in-class products and leading world-class teams. Mentor, lead, and coach across LinkedIn Talent Solutions and the Design team; act as an ambassador to build the global Design brand. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

10+ years of combined hands-on experience in Product Design within a business context, including management. Bachelor’s degree in a Technology or Design related field, or equivalent experience. Experience designing products across platforms and devices. Experience managing product design managers. Experience in content design, user research, motion, and accessibility standards. Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing AI products at scale. Ability to influence multiple product areas and drive strategy and vision across an organization. Ability to deliver design solutions that grow the business and create value for members/customers. Experience developing design teams to become key contributors; promoting open sharing of work and feedback. Strong ability to solve unstructured problems with dependencies and long timelines; transform ambiguity into actionable plans with cross-functional partners. Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Suggested Skills

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $211,000 to $342,000, with actual compensation based on factors including skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and location.
