Title: General Manager – Wellness Studio (The Vital Stretch – 77057 Houston) About Us: The Vital Stretch is coming to Houston! We’re a fast-growing, franchise-based wellness brand focused on the art and science of assisted stretching. Our mission: help people move better, feel better, and live better. With competitors already educating the market, Houston is primed for our arrival – and we’re looking for the right leader to make our 77057 location the go-to destination for flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being. The Vital Stretch is seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and results-driven General Manager to launch and lead our first Houston location. You’ll be part coach, part sales leader, part community connector – the heartbeat of our studio.
Compensation
Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus
The Role
We’re seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and results-driven General Manager to launch and lead our first Houston location. You’ll be part coach, part sales leader, part community connector – the heartbeat of our studio.
Key Responsibilities
Lead & inspire a team of certified stretch specialists.
Drive membership sales through exceptional customer service and local community outreach.
Manage daily operations including scheduling, payroll, and staff performance.
Promote our brand on social media by creating engaging, authentic content.
Deliver an exceptional client experience from first stretch to long-term member relationship.
Hit and exceed monthly sales and retention goals.
Who You Are
Background in fitness, wellness, or bodywork (personal training, yoga, Pilates, massage therapy, PT assistant – any movement-based expertise is a plus).
Proven sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Leadership experience managing and motivating a team.
Outgoing, high-energy personality – thrives on connecting with people.
Social media savvy – confident on camera, understands how to build an audience and tell a brand story.
Organized, driven, and excited about growing a new business in the community.
