With competitors already educating the market, Houston is primed for our arrival – and we’re looking for the right leader to make our 77057 location the go-to destination for flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being.

The Vital Stretch is seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and results-driven General Manager to launch and lead our first Houston location. You’ll be part coach, part sales leader, part community connector – the heartbeat of our studio.

Compensation

Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus

The Role

We’re seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and results-driven General Manager to launch and lead our first Houston location. You’ll be part coach, part sales leader, part community connector – the heartbeat of our studio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & inspire a team of certified stretch specialists.
• Drive membership sales through exceptional customer service and local community outreach.
• Manage daily operations including scheduling, payroll, and staff performance.
• Promote our brand on social media by creating engaging, authentic content.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience from first stretch to long-term member relationship.
• Hit and exceed monthly sales and retention goals.

Who You Are

• Background in fitness, wellness, or bodywork (personal training, yoga, Pilates, massage therapy, PT assistant – any movement-based expertise is a plus).
• Proven sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Leadership experience managing and motivating a team.
• Outgoing, high-energy personality – thrives on connecting with people.
• Social media savvy – confident on camera, understands how to build an audience and tell a brand story.
• Organized, driven, and excited about growing a new business in the community.
