Overview

Marketing Operations Specialist on the Marketing Operations team. You will be the primary administrator of HubSpot and a key partner in ensuring the growth and effectiveness of Culture Amp’s marketing engine. You’ll manage and optimize marketing systems, drive process improvements, ensure data quality, and deliver actionable reporting to support efficient and scalable marketing programs. Responsibilities

HubSpot administration: Serve as the primary HubSpot admin, building and maintaining workflows, forms, integrations with other tools, user permissions, and system settings to ensure the platform is fully leveraged. Martech ecosystem: Maintain and optimize the broader marketing technology stack for seamless integrations and accurate data flows with HubSpot (including Salesforce, Splash, Clearbit, ZoomInfo, Marketo Measure, and 6sense). Troubleshoot sync issues, configure API connections, manage field mapping, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaigns, reporting, and lead management. Day-to-day operations: support daily tasks such as importing and cleansing contact lists, building targeted audiences, troubleshooting integration errors, creating/refining workflows, and configuring new contact and company properties. Respond to stakeholder requests promptly and ensure activities are executed accurately and on time. Cross-functional collaboration: work with Marketing, SDR, Data Analytics, and other RevOps teams to support campaign and operational needs; gather basic requirements, share progress, and assist in setting up HubSpot-based solutions. Data quality: monitor and maintain data hygiene in HubSpot to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable information across the funnel, including managing duplicates, standardizing picklist values, auditing properties, enforcing naming conventions, and implementing automation for data integrity. Email deliverability: optimize deliverability by monitoring sender reputation, bounce rates, and engagement metrics; manage list hygiene, segmentation, frequency; collaborate with stakeholders on IP warming and domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and resolve issues affecting inbox placement. Privacy and legal compliance: ensure marketing practices comply with GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM; configure consent/opt-out preferences and enforce policy across campaigns. Stakeholder training & enablement: develop and deliver training, documentation, and resources to help teams maximize use of HubSpot and other tools; provide coaching and step-by-step guides to improve adoption and efficiency. Documentation: create and maintain clear documentation for marketing operations processes, system configurations, integration workflows, and governance standards; keep content updated to reflect changes and best practices. Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar SaaS environment. Advanced proficiency in HubSpot; admin experience preferred. Intermediate experience with Salesforce and related objects (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Campaigns). Experience managing and optimizing marketing technology systems and integrations; ability to troubleshoot data sync issues and support accurate data flows between platforms. Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets with data cleansing, deduplication, formatting, and importing into HubSpot; ability to use VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and conditional formatting. Understanding of B2B demand waterfall and lifecycle stages (MQL, SQL) and how marketing activities connect to revenue outcomes. Strong knowledge of email marketing concepts (segmentation, personalization, deliverability, engagement metrics) and familiarity with typical campaign types (events, content syndication, webinars, direct mail). Familiarity with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA, and related privacy regulations; awareness of consent management, opt-in/out processes, data retention, and user preferences. Analytical mindset with attention to detail; experience in dashboard/report building and identifying efficiency improvements; ability to work in process-driven, collaborative environments. Comfort with using AI tools to assist with repetitive or data-related tasks and to improve efficiency. Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences. Comfort with Agile sprint methodologies and operational frameworks for delivering projects. For this role, the estimated base salary range is listed below. Base salary is complemented by equity and benefits; actual base salary will vary based on market, skills, and experience. The company discusses total compensation with Talent Acquisition during interview process. Base Salary Range (US):
