Mosaic is looking for dynamic design professionals to join our showroom sales team. We are a direct importer and distributor that values delivering exceptional experiences. Providing superior customer service coupled with a wide array of home interiors products, we pride ourselves on our unique selections, creative designs, and optimum solutions. Offering vanities, plumbing, lighting, and a variety of tile, stone, luxury vinyl and hardwood flooring, Mosaic partners with leading national and international suppliers to ensure clients receive the very best options to fit all budgets and tastes. Headquartered in Chantilly, VA, Mosaic occupies a broad geographic footprint with nine locations across Virginia, Maryland, and North Carolina, as well as a Central Service Center and Warehouse located in Doswell, VA. Design Consultant: responsible for creating and closing sales opportunities directly with customers, including the recommendation, selection and sale of various home interior products. Maintain a sales-focused attitude and provide customers with an exceptional experience; develop lasting relationships to grow sales. Responsibilities
Work with clients to assist in the selection of interior products (flooring materials, cabinetry, lighting, plumbing fixtures, tile, and accessories). Communicate with trade partners to meet project goals and expectations. Use selling techniques to achieve the desired aesthetic leading to a sale. Build customer confidence by highlighting features and benefits of products. Develop ongoing relationships with builders and contractors. Support branch staff with operational duties as needed. Collaborate with the Design Center team to achieve sales goals. Qualifications
Outgoing and personable with drive for success. Comfortable building professional relationships with customers. Creative, detail-oriented, and motivated. Familiar with consultative sales techniques and suggestive selling. Product knowledge expert with industry solutions. Proven sales record with a closing mentality. Strong focus on positive customer service and client experience. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to align with Mosaic’s brand. Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
