Kitchen & Bath Designer/ AutoCAD draftsperson

NKBA . The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in high-end residential design, with a focus on luxury kitchens. This role requires advanced AutoCAD expertise across all facets of construction sets, millwork, and kitchen/bath design plans. As a key contributor, you’ll drive projects through all phases of high-end kitchen, bath, and full-home renovations, bringing exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects. Responsibilities
Collaborate with the principal to lead the creative direction and execution of luxury kitchens and full-home remodels. Manage projects from initial concept through installation, demonstrating advanced AutoCAD skills in cabinetry, millwork, and construction detailing. Design, source, and present an array of interior finishes, including fixtures, furniture, lighting, and fabrics. Maintain professional communication with clients and vendors, coordinating with contractors, architects, engineers, and custom fabricators. Oversee order tracking, scheduling, and project timelines with a focus on detail and on-time completion. Solve intricate design challenges with precision, ensuring accuracy and meeting all deadlines. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in high-end residential design, ideally with a focus on luxury kitchens. Advanced AutoCAD expertise covering cabinetry, millwork, and construction detailing. Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. About the Firm
