You will be joining the Evisort AI team, which functions as a startup within Workday, offering fast pace with strong backing and access to Workdays broad customer base. About The Role

In this role youll be a part of the Evisort design team at Workday, where youll own and lead design and research on product initiatives in the Contract Workflow, Contracts AI, document intelligence and related areas. Ship world class features with world class experiences to our customers, including functionality that has no precedent and requires heavy imagination and innovation. Deeply understand our customer and user base and design best-in-class solutions from first principles for any challenge we seek to solve. Serve as the designer on product initiatives. Rapidly design, build, and deploy prototypes, wireframes, and product designs. Present, test and iterate on designs including incorporating internal and external user feedback. Conduct and lead user research on your design initiatives. Participate in and lead design sprints. Mentor and participate in peer review to help the entire design team level up and contribute great work. Anticipate and respond to changing market conditions, business requirements, and user needs, with a focus on AI and ML in an enterprise environment. Deliver outstanding user-centric product solutions that address complex requirements. Develop relationships with your stakeholders across the org and own the end product quality from early design to final in-product deliverables. Youll be a great fit for this role if

You have experience with and enjoy using AI products and are constantly testing out new AI solutions for prototyping and testing. You follow the latest on AI trends and new releases via newsletters, X, etc. You are curious and find inspiration in every product and continually update your design toolkit. About You

Basic Qualifications

P5 Principal AI Product Designer 12+ years of experience as a UX Designer 5+ years of experience developing AI or complex workflow functionality P4 Senior AI Product Designer 8+ years of experience as a UX Designer 3+ years of experience developing AI or complex workflow functionality Other Qualifications

Prior experience at a fast growing startup is a plus Technical skills and ability to understand the technical lift and implications of your designs Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) Design principles and methodologies Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidates compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need. Primary Location: CAN.BC.Vancouver Primary Location Base Pay Range: $139,200 CAD - $208,800 CAD Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $164,900 USD - $282,000 USD Additional Considerations: If performed in Colorado, the pay range for this job is $173,600 - $260,400 USD based on min and max pay range for that role if performed in CO.
