About the Role
Workday Supplier Accounts is an integral part of Workday Financials. The supplier accounts product enables customers to bring together supplier profiles, business process controls, and analytics into a cohesive solution. Our supplier invoice automation solution streamlines the entire invoice processfrom capturing invoices using machine learning technologies to routing rules for large accounts payable departments to mass processing of payments.
You will work closely with your cross-functional team to develop concepts, flows, and UI for Workdays Supplier Accounts product. Youll also partner with other designers to improve the quality of your designs and theirs, and continue your growth as a designer.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX engineers, product managers, and others) to design concepts, flows, and UI for the Supplier Accounts product.
- Partner with other designers to improve design quality and drive growth as a designer.
- Apply user-centered design practices to make financial processes accessible and deeply usable.
About You
You have a strong product sense and understand how to ship a well-crafted product experience. You are intellectually curious and frame problems in new ways. You enjoy collaborating with a cross-disciplinary team and are committed to accessible and inclusive design. You are able to work 50% of the time in the Vancouver office.
- Basic Qualifications (Career): Online interaction design portfolio or use cases to review; 3+ years of professional experience in interaction, UX, or product design, or 2+ years with an advanced degree in design; 1+ years in cross-functional teams; 1+ years designing for B2B (enterprise) applications.
- Basic Qualifications (Senior): Online portfolio; 5+ years in interaction, UX, or product design, or 4+ years with an advanced degree; 3+ years in cross-functional teams; 1+ years designing for B2B applications.
Other Qualifications
- Experience with and desire to conduct research with customers.
- A degree in Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Accessibility (A11y) methodologies and localization.
