The Talent Brand and Marketing Specialist supports the Memorial Healthcare System (MHS) mission, vision and values by championing the brand identity in content creation and distribution through: careers website, company social media platforms, candidate relationship management platforms, community and student communications, recruitment marketing campaigns and communications, trade show and hiring event communications. Performs other projects as assigned. Responsibilities
Supports social media content calendar to maintain a consistent and mission-driven online presence for attracting job applicants. Manages all User Generated Content (UGC) responses on social platforms. Stays up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of Talent Acquisition communications. Manages any ad-hoc social media postings or edits. Coaches team members, students, and volunteers on content creation best practices that align with Memorial Healthcare System’s business engagement goals. Supports copywriting and editing for a variety of marketing materials that include social media, print and digital collateral, web, and a multitude of other disciplines. Designs and produces a wide range of creative assets adhering to Employee/Student Value Proposition brand guidelines including, but not limited to, digital graphics, presentations, infographics, e-blasts, social posts, and other print and digital materials for Talent Acquisition communications. Works closely with key stakeholders to understand project requirements, desired outcomes, and target audiences while ensuring that designs align with branding guidelines and messaging. Competencies

Bachelors (Required) Additional Job Information
Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in graphic design software/tools. Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and design best practices. Required Work Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in graphic design or brand management, preferably with a focus on recruitment advertising or corporate branding.
