Amazon Ads offers an array of digital advertising solutions for campaigns spanning Video, Audio, and Display across Amazon properties (e.g., Amazon.com, Prime Video ads, Twitch, Fire TV, Amazon Music, etc.), plus thousands of sites and apps via Amazon Publisher Services (APS). Amazon DSP covers a suite of advertising technology solutions that connect advertising demand with both Amazon and third-party media publisher supply spanning streaming TV, web, mobile, and audio apps. We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Product Marketing to support the Amazon DSP portfolio of Supply and Demand Tech advertising solutions, supporting both publishers and advertisers around the world to strengthen their media performance through better quality advertising experiences and more relevant ads for viewers. Responsibilities

Lead development of messaging and positioning, marketing activities, and customer research for the Supply and Demand Tech portfolio of solutions for advertiser and publisher customers.

Shape brand and positioning for a growing suite of products and drive future vision for new capabilities.

Define and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and influence future product strategy by building deep understanding of customers.

Collaborate across Product Management, PR, Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Research, and Training teams; communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Own end-to-end marketing campaigns, and develop an in-depth understanding of customer needs through coordinated inbound activity.

Lead and develop teams to deliver impact at scale and align offerings to advertiser and publisher objectives that evolve with the market.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

5+ years of team management experience

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Experience managing teams

Experience communicating results to senior leadership

Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of Photoshop, video editing, and related tools

Experience in inter-team working skills to develop partnership with partner, tech team and operating at leadership levels

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $168,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $278,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
