Amazon DSP covers a suite of advertising technology solutions that connect advertising demand with both Amazon and third-party media publisher supply spanning streaming TV, web, mobile, and audio apps build thriving digital businesses. We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Product Marketing to support the Amazon DSP portfolio of Supply and Demand Tech advertising solutions, supporting both publishers and advertisers around the world to strengthen their media performance through better quality advertising experiences and more relevant ads for viewers. Key Job Responsibilities Lead development of messaging and positioning, marketing activities and customer research for the Supply and Demand Tech portfolio of solutions for our advertiser and publisher customers. Shape the brand and its positioning for this growing suite of products, as well as drive the future vision of how we bring new capabilities to customers. Lead the team that defines and executes the go-to-market strategy and shapes our future product strategy by building a deep understanding of our customers. Lead collaboration and driving close partnership across Product Management, PR, Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Research, and Training teams. Align our offerings to advertiser and publisher objectives, which constantly evolve. Define the product marketing message for new solutions, and lead our teams in developing an in-depth understanding of customer needs and opportunities through coordinated inbound activity. A day in the life Work on projects inventing solutions to real problems that require creative solutions and deep understanding of the problem space. Work cross-functionally to create alignment and deliver results. Lead and develop teams to drive impact at scale. Create value and impact the direction of products and business - globally. Basic Qualifications 10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience. 5+ years of team management experience. Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements. Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables). Experience managing teams. Experience communicating results to senior leadership. Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Photoshop, video editing, and related tools. Experience in inter-team working skills to develop partnership with partner, tech team and operating at leadership levels. The base pay for this position ranges from $168,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $278,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
