Product Designer, New Grad - US Government

Interaction and visual design: help define early product concepts, flesh out high-level workflows and micro-interactions, and deliver crisp visual design. Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma is preferred. User research: conduct informal and formal research, visit customer sites to interview users, and combine qualitative methods with product and usage metrics. Deliver and communicate designs in collaboration: work closely with product managers and engineers to prototype and build products, treating team members as partners. Awareness of frontend implementation: familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript to collaborate with engineers and understand what is feasible. What We Value

Collaboration and communication: build strong relationships with engineers, PMs, and stakeholders; present mockups, prototypes, and design specs. The estimated salary range for this position is $130,000 – $135,000 per year. Total compensation may include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus, and other incentives. Final compensation is based on qualifications, experience, skills, and other factors. Benefits
