Work with our in-house team of data scientists and analysts to provide competitive social performance insights, get results, improve performance and advise future content strategy; know how to tell a story through measurement and energize clients by communicating new measurement opportunities as they arise. Build and lead all aspects of the social media budgets, collaborating with other internal teams/counterparts and senior leaders to optimize the right mix for clients – this includes supporting scopes of work and supervising paid social media budgets. Identify new areas/opportunities for integrated social and digital programs (including social media, digital, influencer, executive social comms, creative, etc.) and develop/be an extraordinary partner to client and account partners to keep everyone apprised on what’s new and what’s to come; be able to present both new and organic growth opportunities to clients, always thinking one step ahead. Serve as an outstanding and supportive mentor to one of the best teams in the business; recognize the impact of delegation vs ownership. Qualifications

Experience leading social media content programs in partnership with creative and production departments. Proficiency and familiarity with a variety of social media technologies and platforms, e.g., Meta Ads Manager, content management systems, social monitoring and other measurement platforms.
