Overview
Amazon Web Services is seeking a results-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Marketing Manager to design and execute high-impact ABM programs for strategic enterprise customers within the Financial Services Industry and deliver the Financial Services industry’s flagship ABM activations and programs. Working in a global team, this role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive measurable business outcomes through targeted marketing initiatives. This role may sit in these locations only: Seattle, WA USA | NYC, NY, USA | Santa Clara, CA, USA. Relocation offered to these locations only from within the USA only. This is not a remote or hybrid role opportunity. Responsibilities
Deliver the flagship global ABM activations and customer programs Design and execute territory-specific Financial Services ABM campaigns (1:1, 1:few) that align with global frameworks and drive measurable business impact Build and maintain strong relationships with sales teams to understand account priorities and translate them into effective marketing programs Analyze customer data, buying signals, and market trends to inform campaign strategy and optimization Create and implement multi-channel programs (events, digital, direct) that deliver personalized customer experiences Manage external marketing agencies to build world class programs that scale across territories and regions Partner with regional marketing teams to ensure ABM programs complement broader field marketing efforts Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, documentation, and best practices Track and report on program performance, using data to optimize and scale successful approaches Manage program budgets effectively, demonstrating frugality while maximizing impact Collaborate with global ABM community to share learnings and adopt proven practices Qualifications

The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
