The Outbound Marketing Senior Director
is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive outbound marketing strategy that drives lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth. This role will lead a team of marketing professionals to design and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, events, and content marketing. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the semiconductor industry in the Edge IoT and AI segments, expertise in outbound marketing best practices, and a proven track record of driving business results through innovative marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Outbound Marketing Strategy:
Create a comprehensive outbound marketing strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives. Identify target audiences, buyer personas, and key messaging. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, etc.) to ensure alignment and maximize impact. Lead Generation and Conversion:
Design and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion. Develop and manage lead nurturing programs to educate and engage prospects. Analyze campaign performance and optimize for improved ROI. Content Marketing and Storytelling:
Develop a content marketing strategy that showcases the company's expertise and thought leadership. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling content (blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, etc.). Digital Marketing and Advertising:
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across search, social, and display channels. Optimize campaigns for improved ROI and conversion rates. Collaborate with external agencies and partners to maximize campaign impact. Event Marketing and Trade Shows:
Plan and execute event marketing strategies, including trade show participation and sponsorships. Manage event logistics, booth design, and staffing. Measure event ROI and optimize for future events. Developer Relations Program Management:
Build and maintain developer communities. Organize grass roots community events, meetups and hackathons both online and in-person. Engage and manage all online forums, social media channels and platforms where developers interact. Analyst Relations Program Management:
Planning, executing, and managing all aspects of media and industry analysts supporting the strategic needs of the VP of Corp Dev. Coordinating briefings, events and all other engagements. Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with key industry and media analysts. Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Experience:
20+ years of marketing experience, with 10+ years in a leadership role. Semiconductor or technology industry experience preferred. Skills:
Proficient in driving business growth through outbound marketing strategies; strong understanding of marketing principles including segmentation, targeting, and positioning (STP); experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot); strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to measure campaign ROI; excellent leadership and management skills; strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work. The base range is $260,000-$300,000. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to convert to a full-time regular position.
