The ideal candidate will be a resourceful, initiative-taking, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing and a strong understanding of various marketing initiatives. The Marketing Lead role entails managing digital and social media content, creation of marketing assets, assisting with photo shoots, and other marketing responsibilities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Social Media – Oversee social media initiatives to achieve specific business goals; develop, implement, distribute, and publish content.
- Social Media – Create engaging content, including short-form videos, and edit text, images, and video.
- Social Media – Manage IMA's social media presence, including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
- Social Media – Ensure all content aligns with latest social media trends.
- Social Media – Analyze performance, monitor competition, and report results monthly to measure effectiveness, optimize future campaigns, and identify areas for improvement.
- Training Decks (Rollout Books) – Develop rollout books by collaborating closely with suppliers and internal teams.
- Training Decks (Rollout Books) – Follow established templates, proactively identify and implement enhancements.
- Training Decks (Rollout Books) – Write in-depth copy highlighting the quality story, item features and benefits, or categories being launched.
- Marketing Plans – Manage marketing projects from briefs to asset production following timelines and managing budgets.
- Marketing Plans – Coordinate the creation of marketing briefs, assets, and playbooks.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform data analysis and tracking for reports, as needed.
- Online Asset Portal (AEM): Manage user access and monthly asset usage reports.
- Update the IMA website with latest news and events.
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years of marketing experience
- Strong social media content creation and management, including short-form videos
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Photography and photo editing skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in written communication.
- Meticulous, highly organized, excels in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Robust project management capabilities.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Initiative-taking approach, strong solution-oriented mindset, and the capacity to effectively address challenges.
- Business to business marketing a plus.
