Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing day-to-day marketing initiatives with a strong focus on social media, content creation, and agent support. This role requires someone who is quick with trends, proactive, and detail-oriented — a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and doesn’t wait to be told what to do. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a passion for producing content that drives engagement and results.
Responsibilities
- Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Manage and schedule content across multiple brand accounts.
- Track trends and implement innovative content ideas to maximize reach and engagement.
- Develop and maintain content calendars to ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging.
- Create and manage seasonal, holiday, and campaign-specific content.
- Content Creation & Production
- Support and coordinate photo and video shoots.
- Assist with editing, scheduling, and distributing content across platforms.
- Brainstorm and pitch new campaign ideas that keep the brand culturally relevant.
- Events & Engagement
- Attend company events and broker opens for live content capture.
- Support promotional efforts for listings, events, and brand milestones.
- Agent Support
- Lead social media onboarding and training sessions for new agents.
- Provide ongoing resources, workshops, and digital best practices for current agents.
- Assist agents with digital profile setup and optimization.
- Website & Content Management
- Write and publish blogs, press releases, and web updates.
- Ensure accuracy and alignment with the company’s brand standards.
- Newsletters
- Gather, write, and organize content for company and leadership newsletters.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of marketing, social media, or digital communications experience (real estate a plus).
- Strong expertise in Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
- Trend-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt ideas to changing algorithms and audience behavior.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Knowledge of website management platforms (WordPress or similar).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to execute independently.
- Confident capturing content at events and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
