Optomi, in partnership with a leader in the entertainment industry, is seeking a Content Operations Associate to support a high-volume digital content migration and distribution initiative. This role will focus on coordinating operations, improving documentation, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of content into new technical pipelines. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with data and reporting, and experienced with tools such as Airtable and LucidChart.
This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to bridge business and technology teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities of the right candidate:
- Execute operations tasks related to content migration, onboarding, and delivery readiness.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to track deliverables and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Create and maintain clear documentation of new workflows, processes, and reporting structures.
- Leverage Airtable, LucidChart, Excel, and other productivity tools to manage data, dashboards, and project updates.
- Prepare project status reports and escalate issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate across business and technology groups to align on content operations goals.
- Contribute to process improvements within content management and operational workflows.
Qualifications of the right candidate:
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or related roles (junior-level).
- Hands-on experience with Airtable (required).
- Proficiency in LucidChart for workflow documentation.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in data reporting, dashboards, or Excel.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Preferred:
- Exposure to streaming, broadcast, or digital content workflows.
- Familiarity with metadata, availability data, XML schemas, or content management processes.
- Understanding of digital media supply chains and distribution practices.
- Product or Program Management certifications (a plus).
