Overview
Akkodis is seeking a MicroStrategy UX Designer Senior for a contract with a client in McLean, VA . This role involves leading cross-functional teams to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences and maintaining brand consistency across enterprise-level design systems.
Pay
Rate Range: $80/hour to $84/hour ; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage enterprise-level design systems using atomic design principles to support scalable and consistent user experiences across MicroStrategy platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve information architecture, visual design, and overall user experience.
- Lead cross-functional teams by driving UX strategy, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design solutions.
- Create intuitive, user-centered designs that simplify complex data interactions and enhance user engagement.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, maintaining modern and engaging visual standards.
- Utilize tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to produce wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation for stakeholder presentations and development handoffs.
Required Qualifications
- College degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of agency experience working on digital products and websites.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe design tools, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design work.
- Proven experience in user testing, UX research, and managing enterprise-level design systems using atomic design principles.
