Overview Akkodis is seeking a
MicroStrategy UX Designer Senior
for a contract with a client in
McLean, VA . This role involves leading cross-functional teams to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences and maintaining brand consistency across enterprise-level design systems.

$80/hour to $84/hour ; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Responsibilities
Design and manage enterprise-level design systems using atomic design principles to support scalable and consistent user experiences across MicroStrategy platforms. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve information architecture, visual design, and overall user experience. Lead cross-functional teams by driving UX strategy, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design solutions. Create intuitive, user-centered designs that simplify complex data interactions and enhance user engagement. Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, maintaining modern and engaging visual standards. Utilize tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to produce wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation for stakeholder presentations and development handoffs. Required Qualifications
College degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 5 years of agency experience working on digital products and websites. Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe design tools, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design work.
