Local Marketing Specialist Social Media, SEO & Lead Generation

Type: Full-time

Location: Memphis, TN (not open to 100% remote candidates)

Were a fast growing company looking for a Marketing Specialist to drive leads and visibility across multiple divisions. Youll blend social media, SEO, website management, and in-person initiatives (workshops, community events) to build brand awareness and generate qualified inquiries.

What youll do

• Plan and run lead-gen campaigns for each division (digital + in-person).
• Manage and grow social media accounts; create targeted, conversion-minded content.
• Own day-to-day SEO: keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking.
• Maintain and update the website so content is accurate, on-brand, and SEO-compliant.
• Develop ideas for workshops/events and local partnerships to promote the business.
• Report on leads, funnel performance, and campaign ROI; iterate based on insights.

What you bring

• 2+ years in digital marketing (social, SEO, lead generation).
• Strong grasp of funnels and conversion strategy; comfortable with analytics/CRM tools.
• Clear, persuasive writing; highly organized; able to juggle multiple stakeholders.
• Bonus: paid ads, basic design/video, event planning or community outreach.
