Overview
Content Marketing Specialist at MCI. This role focuses on creating compelling B2B content that builds authority and drives leads. The position is remote/work-at-home and part of a larger BPO organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Write blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and email content.
- Support webinars, video scripts, and customer stories.
- Optimize content for SEO and buyer journey stages.
- Collaborate with Sales on account-targeted content.
- Measure and improve content performance.
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, or Communications.
- 2 years of experience in content creation or digital marketing.
- Strong writing, editing, and research skills.
- Knowledge of SEO and performance metrics.
- Ability to write for executive and technical audiences.
- Experience with CMS and automation tools preferred.
Conditions of Employment
- All MCI Locations: Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
