Freelance Video Content Creator at 24 Seven Talent — Houston, TX

Location: Candidates will need to commute to the firm (based in Houston, TX) once a month for filming days.

Job Type: Long-term contract

Ideal start date: Early October

Time Commitment: ~40 hours/month

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with firm stakeholders to create and maintain a content calendar
• Develop ideas for video topics and marketing themes based on legal FAQs and trends
• Attend one monthly in-person shoot at the firm’s office
• Film 10 video segments per shoot day with lawyers speaking on various legal topics
• Edit each video into social media-ready and website assets (1–5 minutes in length)
• Add captions, motion text, graphics, intros/outros, and branding elements
• Schedule and publish finished assets across social platforms
• Recommend improvements and optimizations based on performance

Requirements

• Must be located in Houston, TX and available for in-person shoots once a month
• Proven experience filming and editing professional video content
• Proficiency with editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
• Ability to manage video shoots (camera, lighting, sound)
• Strong understanding of social media content and platform best practices
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
• Experience creating content for professional services or educational marketing a plus
• 1 on-site filming day/month (batch shoot ~10 videos)
• 10 edited video assets/month (1–5 minutes each)
• Content calendar strategy & ongoing planning support
• Video publishing and basic performance tracking
