As a lash & brow artist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the beauty and confidence of our clients through expert eyelash application and care. Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality eyelash extensions, lash lifts/tint, brow wax/tint, brow lamination and other beauty services while adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Consult with clients to understand their desired look and provide professional recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized.
• Provide exceptional guest services, ensuring each client feels valued and comfortable throughout their appointment.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in lash extensions and related beauty services.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery and client experience.
• Assist in promoting additional services such as brow waxing/tint + lamination, body waxing, fineline tattoos, permanent makeup, and facial spa treatments when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Strong background in guest services, with an emphasis on hospitality to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
• Experience in a team setting is preferred, along with knowledge of various beauty treatments including lash extension and/or perming, brow lamination/tint, and more.
• Proficiency in scheduling appointments and managing client records is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
• A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning and skill development.
