Essential Job Functions

• Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, and print materials.
• Develop packaging designs that reflect the HOTBOX brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce promotional materials such as flyers, banners, and advertisements.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints and materials.

• Content Creation: Produce engaging and informative content for our website, blog, and social media channels, focusing on cannabis culture, education, and lifestyle.
• Plan and execute photo and video shoots to showcase our products and brand story.
• Write compelling copy that aligns with our brand voice and engages our audience.
• Monitor content performance and adapt strategies based on analytics and feedback.

• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with leadership, cultivation, and sales teams to brainstorm and implement creative campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design tools to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Present design concepts and content ideas to stakeholders for feedback and approval.

Minimum Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience as a graphic designer and content creator, preferably in the cannabis or lifestyle industry
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and video editing tools
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and content samples
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for cannabis culture and a deep understanding of the market and audience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to travel for work
• Continually able to reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel, and carry product and equipment
• Ability to carry boxes, products, and other necessary event/marketing items
• Ability to safely lift boxes up to 55 lbs
• Comfortable climbing ladders

Expected Hours of Work

• This is a full-time position
• Open availability is a MUST
• Weekend, nights, and holidays are expected to be worked
• Schedules are not set and subject to change
