What you will do

• As a Fashion Advisor, you are the heartbeat of our Brand. Build long-lasting and meaningful relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and connection while striving to exceed client expectations in a way that CHANEL can provide.
• Optimize the client experience according to our Client Service Values; fulfill the clients’ needs through genuine, flexible, and tailor-made service.
• Acquire and apply high standards of product knowledge and selling skills to maximize all sales opportunities.
• Maintain awareness of Company, Boutique and personal sales targets and performance, working towards commercial objectives and goals.
• Assist with regular back of house operations and review alterations and holds as appropriate.
• Establish and maintain knowledge of current merchandising guidelines and consistently maintain set standards.
• Ensure the highest standards in all aspects of sales and after-sales service, including a positive mindset, understanding customer needs, accurate data capture, and timely follow up.
• Uphold the Brand Ambassador image by conveying a professional and sophisticated image through impeccable personal grooming and etiquette.

What you will bring to the role

• Luxury retail selling experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
• Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills (essential).
• Professional presentation and behaviour.
