Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals, utilizing in-store and digital selling tools (including text and social media)
• Manage the scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results
• Maintain department readiness through organization and cleanliness
• Stay updated on beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through Nordstrom trainings and partner training
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build customer loyalty by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts
