Overview

Our Client is seeking a Senior Designer with deep expertise in PowerPoint to create visually engaging slide presentations that support a variety of learning and training initiatives. This role will collaborate closely with content developers and subject matter experts to deliver consistent, high-quality, and impactful learning materials for internal and external audiences. While additional materials may include online modules, workbooks, and video content, the primary focus of this position is on building professional, polished, and engaging presentations that utilize visual storytelling, effective transitions, and advanced animation techniques.

You Will

• Design, develop, and enhance PowerPoint presentations to support training programs, workshops, and executive communications.
• Apply design principles to structure content effectively for adult learners.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex information into clear, engaging, and visually appealing slides.
• Incorporate animations, transitions, graphics, and other multimedia elements to improve learner engagement.
• Ensure all materials align with brand standards and meet accessibility requirements.
• Review and update existing presentations to enhance clarity, visual appeal, and effectiveness.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in visual design and communication.
• Transform copy-heavy or complex slides into simplified, digestible content without losing core messaging.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

You Have

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Instructional Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, training development, or a similar creative design role.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including advanced animation, transitions, and multimedia integration.
• Experience with multimedia authoring tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
• Competency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, or equivalent software.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• A solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
• Proven experience collaborating with SMEs and cross-functional teams to develop training materials.
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong eye for layout, typography, color, and cohesive branding.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects under tight timelines.
• Outstanding attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A creative and strategic mindset with the ability to simplify complex content.
