Overview

The Marketing Analyst is responsible for analyzing marketing data to identify trends, measuring and optimizing campaign performance, developing insights, and making data-driven recommendations to improve marketing strategies and overall business performance. The Marketing Analyst will work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance the company's market presence and drive growth.

Analysis

• Data Analysis: Collecting, cleaning, sorting and analyzing marketing data from various sources like web analytics, EMR, surveys and social media.
• Campaign Optimization: Access the performance of marketing campaigns, reviewing marketing campaign results (e.g., leads, reach, engagement, conversions) to identify areas for improvement and recommend adjustments.
• Market Research: Conducting market research, competitor analysis and customer segmentation to understand market trends, consumer behavior opportunities, and threats in the competitive landscape. Providing data-driven recommendations and insights to inform marketing strategies, campaigns and other business decisions.
• Working with the marketing team to develop and implement data-driven strategies.

Communication

• Reporting and Communication: Create reports, presentations and dashboards to share key findings and insights with the marketing team and other stakeholders.
• Strategic Decision Support: Providing data-driven recommendations and insights to inform marketing strategies, campaigns and other business decisions.

Collaboration

• Collaboration: Working with the marketing team to develop and implement data-driven strategies.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business, statistics, or a related field (Required)

Licenses and Certifications

• Licenses and Certifications Details: Time Frame (Required/Preferred)

Work Experience

• 4-6 years (Minimum of five years’ experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role; Required/Preferred)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as SQL, Excel, web analytics platforms and statistical software (Required)
• Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights (Required)
• Experience with CRM tools (Required)
