Overview
We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Media Supervisor to join our clients team and play a key role in driving impactful media strategies for their clients/brand.
Position Overview:
The Media Supervisor will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of media campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, client management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and can mentor junior media team members while ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of integrated media plans across digital, social, broadcast, print, and OOH.
- Manage day-to-day client communication, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with objectives.
- Supervise media planners/buyers, providing guidance, training, and feedback.
- Partner with strategy, creative, and analytics teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Negotiate with media vendors to secure optimal placements and rates.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
- Stay up to date with media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in media planning/buying, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or client-facing role.
- Strong knowledge of media channels, including digital (programmatic, paid social, search) and traditional.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with media tools (e.g., Nielsen, Comscore, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, DSPs, etc.).
- Must be based or open to relocating to the Orlando, FL area.
