Souvenir Photographer Sales Associate - Hearst Castle

Overview

As a Sales Associate with Photogenic, the souvenir division of Cherry Hill Programs, you’ll create magic by providing world class guest service and a memorable photo experience. Join the team at one of our Photogenic locations and enjoy a unique office view.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
• Photography experience not required
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Comfortable working in an outdoor environment in natural weather conditions
• All other tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player who can work independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling

Knowledge, Experience & Skill

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
