Overview

Lead React.js Web Developer w/Java (Onsite) role at Cognizant. 8 to 12 years of experience. Hybrid work model. Location: Columbus, OH; Plano, TX onsite option. 5 days a week at the office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using React.js and Java.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver results.
• Understand client requirements and implement them within the given UI framework; debug and resolve issues in the web application.
• Work with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript; knowledge of REACT concepts like REDUX, hooks, etc.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• 8 to 12 years of software development experience.
• Hands-on development of end-to-end web applications using React and Java.
• Proficiency in REACT JS concepts (Redux, hooks); ability to debug and resolve issues.
• Strong skills in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Nice to have knowledge of Blue Node JS, Karma test cases.

Salary And Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $81,3372K – $141,500K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
