What You'll Do

As a Service Writer, you\'ll take charge of the customer experience from start to finish — managing repair orders, setting accurate expectations, and serving as the critical link between the customer and the technician.

Responsibilities

• Initiate service and repair orders based on customer concerns and vehicle performance
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage
• Build accurate repair estimates including labor, parts, and deductibles
• Communicate service needs clearly to both customers and technicians
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process — status, costs, and service timelines
• Administer manufacturer warranties for eligible repairs
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records
• Promote current service specials and build long-term customer relationships

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Service Writer or Service Advisor
• Background as an automotive technician is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of automotive systems and repair terminology
• Valid driver\'s license and clean driving record
