Lockheed Martin’s Rotary and Mission Systems’ C4ISR team is looking for a proven and experienced technical writer to support the Peace Krypton program.
The Work
In This Important Role, You Will Be
- Responsible for the development and maintain technical manuals for prime mission equipment (PME) hardware, software, systems engineering, system operations, training, and testing to include installation, configuration, maintenance, and operator procedures.
- Collaborating with engineers/subject matter experts to understand PME technical updates and create Technical Manual content
- Supporting the development, updates, and maintenance of CDRL and program documentation
- Supporting the development of the artifacts for the FAA Airworthiness Certification process

Who You Are
- A well versed, experienced technical writer who is able to work collaboratively with the engineering team to develop, maintain, and update technical documentation, manuals, and procedures
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing complex projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- You have experience working on a physical hardware/software intensive program and delivering/fielding artifacts for the development and maintenance of the system
