Location - Dallas, TX or Jersey City, NJ or Tampa, FL (NO REMOTE 2 days from office/week)

Overview

Technical Writer focused on product and project documentation. The candidate should have a technical background and be able to write documentation for a development community.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains user and technical documentation and project process documentation.
• Understands the user's view of telecommunications technology and can logically sequence procedures.
• Provides expertise on technical concepts of network applications and/or user groups and structures procedures in a logical sequence, due to a broad understanding of the applications.
• Writes a variety of technical articles, reports, brochures, and/or manuals for documentation for a wide range of uses.
• May be responsible for coordinating the display of graphics and the production of the document.

Qualifications

• Candidate from a technical background and capable of writing documentation for development community.
• Ability to understand telecommunications technology from the user's perspective and to sequence procedures logically.
