The Marketing Assistant plays a key role in executing local restaurant marketing initiatives aimed at boosting brand awareness, guest engagement, and community connection. This position will work closely with restaurant leadership and front-of-house teams to ensure marketing campaigns are effectively communicated and executed. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, preparing, and executing marketing promotions, giveaways, and community events. Distribute promotional materials to our community partners including schools, churches, and local businesses. Maintain and elevate the restaurant's social media content through engaging posts and strategic scheduling. Measure the success of marketing campaigns through data gathering and guest feedback. Coordinate outreach initiatives with the Operator and marketing team. Represent Chick-fil-A at local sponsorship events and community engagement activities. Foster and manage relationships with schools and nonprofit organizations. Support the implementation of national Chick-fil-A marketing initiatives at the local level. Qualifications: A true passion for people and community involvement. Strong communication and organizational skills. High attention to detail and follow-through. Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events.
