Summary: The Marketing Assistant plays a key role in executing local restaurant marketing initiatives aimed at boosting brand awareness, guest engagement, and community connection. This position will work closely with restaurant leadership and front-of-house teams to ensure marketing campaigns are effectively communicated and executed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, preparing, and executing marketing promotions, giveaways, and community events.
- Distribute promotional materials to our community partners including schools, churches, and local businesses.
- Maintain and elevate the restaurant's social media content through engaging posts and strategic scheduling.
- Measure the success of marketing campaigns through data gathering and guest feedback.
- Coordinate outreach initiatives with the Operator and marketing team.
- Represent Chick-fil-A at local sponsorship events and community engagement activities.
- Foster and manage relationships with schools and nonprofit organizations.
- Support the implementation of national Chick-fil-A marketing initiatives at the local level.
