We are currently searching for a Full-Time Marketing Specialist to work in our corporate office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work with the VP, Training & Marketing and Marketing & Communications Manager to develop and maintain Social Media presence for all Envolve managed properties.
  • Gathers all property data relating to social media/marketing.
  • Creates and provides basic social media campaign ideas
  • Gathers social media postings for all properties
  • Develops and maintains a system/process for posting property activity
  • Performs general monitoring of all Envolve social media
  • Serves as a conduit for training and marketing, including all internet marketing as well as prioritized marketing projects
  • Creates marketing collateral to include but not limited to flyers, floorplans, surveys, banners, brochures, websites, signage, promotional items, graphics, branded campaigns, etc.
  • Works within the Yardi software for website creation, resident portal functions and general Rent caf functions
  • Provides support, etc. for the Envolve Responds complaint management and reviews tracking system
  • Primary support for the SMART program (Social Media Apartment Rental Tools)
  • Edits pictures for improved quality
  • Gathers information and creates quarterly newsletter
  • Creates power point presentations for meetings
  • Assists with annual management conference preparation and event activities
  • Creates/assists with social media ad campaigns
  • Assists with the creation of branded responses to Requests for Proposals
  • Other duties/special projects as assigned
Education and Work Experience Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Some previous property management experience preferred.
  • Bachelor degree preferred.
Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability
  • Social Media, General Marketing & Computer Knowledge and Skills are required.
  • Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook;
  • Some Photoshop experience preferred
  • Some InDesign experience preferred
  • Basic video editing and graphic design skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage projects and changing deadlines.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work with little supervision.
  • Ability to communicate with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills including the ability to read and interpret documents,
  • Write correspondence, develop training materials, and speak effectively in interpersonal situations and before groups of people.
  • Attention to detail and ability to edit and proofread.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished written, oral, diagram, and/or schedule form.
  • Ability to additional hours as needed to complete duties
