Position Overview
As our Social Media Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in fulfilling the mission of Zero Studios. You'll have the opportunity to challenge and refine best practices while embracing an entrepreneurial spirit and a business-oriented focus. This mid-level role is perfect for someone who excels in community building, managing content creators, and driving measurable brand impact through social media. You will be the primary client partner responsible for daily social execution, balancing creativity, data insights, and business goals.

- Develop and maintain tailored content calendars for different platforms
- Convert strategic goals into actionable plans with clear KPIs
- Keep content relevant by monitoring social and cultural trends
- Collaborate across departments to bring social-first campaigns to life
- Adjust plans based on performance analytics and client feedback
Client & Internal Collaboration
- Act as the primary social media lead for client accounts
- Lead client calls, status updates, and social performance reviews
- Communicate effectively, proactively, and professionally
- Align with internal strategy, creative, and project management teams for seamless delivery
- Integrate social media initiatives into broader marketing strategies for long-term client engagements
Content Development
- Craft and edit engaging captions, hashtags, and post copy
- Work with the creative team to produce eye-catching static, video, and interactive content
- Ensure all content adheres to platform guidelines and reflects brand tone
- Manage asset review and approval processes
Creator & Influencer Management
- Identify and establish connections with relevant creators and influencers
- Negotiate contracts, usage rights, and deliverables
- Maintain relationships with trusted creators and provide constructive feedback on their content
Publishing, Engagement & Reporting
- Schedule and publish content on various platforms
- Manage audience engagement through comments and DMs, maintaining brand voice
- Compile reports, analyze analytics, and present findings to internal teams and clients
- Ensure that organic campaigns are executed on time and aligned with client expectations
- Establish trust with clients as their go-to expert on social media
- Effectively manage creator relationships, ensuring compliance and creative synergy
- Bring proactive ideas to enhance social media presence
- Identify and resolve issues collaboratively and efficiently
- Embody ownership, clarity, and clear communication in all tasks
Reporting Structure
This position reports to the Marketing & Social Director.
