Collaborate with recruitment, admissions, and student services to identify key communication milestones across the student lifecycle. Integrate both email and SMS into multi-channel campaigns that deliver timely, relevant, and personalized messages. Partner with technical teams or external vendors as needed to troubleshoot and enhance campaign functionality. Conduct A/B testing to refine content, subject lines, designs, and timing. Use data insights to recommend adjustments that improve campaign efficiency and enrollment outcomes. Process Improvement and Workflow Management (10%) Develop standardized processes, templates, and checklists for campaign execution.
