Our client is an international architecture firm based in New York City, specializing in innovative and concept-driven design across residential, commercial, and large-scale projects.
We are seeking a Senior Designer / Project Manager with 5-8 years of professional experience. This is a full-time, in-office role. The position involves leading design from concept through design development, producing drawings and visualizations, mentoring junior staff, and coordinating with clients and consultants. Proficiency in Rhino and Revit is required, with Adobe Creative Suite and Enscape preferred. Candidates must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced studio environment.
The requirements of the role are : Bachelor's degree in Architecture; Master's degree a plus 5-8 years of experience in an architectural office, concept through design development Proficiency in Rhino and Revit; Adobe Creative Suite and Enscape preferred Strong design and visualization skills Experience working across project types and scales Leadership, mentorship, and strong communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Current residency in NYC with legal authorization to work in the U.S.
