Sales Executive - LoopNet Digital Advertising - Charlotte, NC. CoStar Group is a leading global provider of commercial and residential real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces. As a Sales Executive, you will represent our sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions, build client relationships, and develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies for property portfolios.

Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management – Use consultative sales methods to build relationships with clients, drive advertising revenue, and act as a trusted advisor on strategic marketing plans.
  • Business Development – Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s property data to drive sales and close new business.
  • Teamwork – Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
  • Industry Knowledge – Develop expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate trends, and your market territory.
  • Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding customer support, share market insights, and provide solutions to help clients achieve goals.
  • Travel – Build relationships through regular in-person meetings, which may require travel by car and outside the driving radius of the office.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of four years of successful sales and account management experience within commercial real estate or selling digital advertising/marketing solutions.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas with a customer experience focus.
  • Current and valid driver’s license; satisfactory Driving Record/Abstract prior to start.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience building long-term relationships and partnerships with senior/C-Suite clients.
  • Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data and performance metrics.
  • Regular access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by start date; flexible and adaptable in a high-growth environment.
  • Self-starter with ability to work in a team and independently.
