Overview

This Youth Services Librarian II position oversees the Youth Services Department of South Cobb Regional Library, located in the City of Mableton. This position is responsible for supervising a full-time Librarian I; implementing engaging programs for children, teens, and families; conducting community outreach; and establishing partnerships to strengthen the library’s youth services offerings.

Qualifications

• Georgia Librarian Certification is required for this position.

Details

• Work hour requirements include some nights and weekends, including Sunday hours 12:30-5 every seven weeks. Candidates may be expected to adjust their schedule to accommodate community outreach events.
