Overview

The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in supporting and executing integrated marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness, drive lead generation, and support business development efforts. This position bridges the gap between strategic planning and hands-on execution by developing content, managing digital campaigns, supporting product marketing initiatives, and analyzing performance data. The Marketing Specialist works closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and impactful communication across all platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, social media, web, and print
  • Create content for digital and traditional platforms, including product brochures, case studies, blog posts, landing pages, and sales enablement tools
  • Manage the company’s social media presence, including content calendar planning, audience engagement, and performance reporting
  • Conduct and interpret market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies
  • Support product marketing efforts, including go-to-market launches, technical messaging, and campaign support
  • Assist in the planning and execution of tradeshows, customer events, and conferences
  • Monitor marketing KPIs, analyze campaign results, and provide recommendations for optimization
  • Ensure consistency in branding, voice, and visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Operations, and Product Development to align messaging and support business goals
  • Maintain and update CRM and marketing automation tools with accurate contact and campaign data

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required
  • 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within B2B or industrial sectors
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM/marketing automation platforms)
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and persuasively
  • Experience managing social media and content marketing strategies
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva) is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong team collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with diverse departments
