Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will play a critical support role in the execution of marketing strategies and initiatives across digital and traditional platforms. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will assist in content development, digital campaign execution, event coordination, and brand consistency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and proactive, with strong organizational and communication skills. This position offers a great opportunity to grow within a dynamic team and contribute to the company’s ongoing success.
Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Manager in the execution of marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and lead generation strategies
- Coordinate content development for digital and print collateral, including social media posts, email campaigns, brochures, and internal communications
- Manage and schedule content across social media platforms, maintaining consistent brand messaging and engagement
- Assist in website updates, and analytics reporting through tools like Google Analytics and other digital platforms
- Support the coordination and planning of trade shows, conferences, and other company events, including logistics, materials, and follow-up activities
- Help maintain the company’s CRM system with accurate lead and campaign data
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all channels and materials
- Conduct basic market research and competitive analysis to support strategic initiatives
- Track and report on key marketing metrics and campaign performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership to ensure alignment on marketing activities
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a marketing support role preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Mailchimp, social media schedulers, SEO platforms)
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
